I felt like the most important patient in the practice. As soon as I walked in the door, the front staff greeted me with an amazing smile and assisted right away. The wait time was very brief before I was escorted back. Dr. Chad and his team examined my problem and went over my treatment options in clear detail. After reviewing and selecting my treatment plan, we began the repair within a few minutes. I am always amazed every time I come at how Dr. Chad flows seamlessly between his patients and makes each one feel like he showed up to work that day specifically for them and them only. With everything going on in the pandemic, I was nervous about going back to the dentist; however Sunrise Dental in Parkside Commons has handled the pandemic very well and have implemented safety precautions that made me feel safe. Hand sanitizer right when you walk in the door, attending with a mask on all patients, all staff members were decked out in PPE, and chairs in the waiting room are spaced 6 feet apart. Not only that, but they take your temperature with a forehead non-touch thermometer to screen you, as well as fill out a symptom form, and they sanitize all of their pens after each use. I felt very safe and thankful I could maintain my dental care during this pandemic. Thank you Sunrise Dental for making your care safely accessible during this scary time!
